Our fences are priced fairly & competitively.
We go through the same process for every single fence we build and it always starts with a site check and an estimate. While we know it’s nice to have someone come out to your house and tell you straight away what your project is going to cost, that off the cuff quote probably isn’t accurate, and if it is accurate you can probably bet that you’re being overcharged. Anyone who tells you right away what your project is going to cost isn’t sitting down to price every single picket, post, rail, and piece of hardware you’ll need. They have to round up (often by a LOT) just to cover anything they aren’t sure about. We take time with our estimates and give you exact amounts for material, labor, and disposal (if disposal is necessary). We aim to be as transparent as possible in order to build the trust necessary for a great working relationship. Our prices are always fair, honest, and competitive.
We are licensed and insured.
Why does this matter? It’s important that we’re licensed because it allows us to pull any necessary permits. Being licensed is also official documentation of the fact we know what we’re doing! Being insured matters because accidents can happen. Let’s say a company is building your fence and someone hurts him or herself. If the company isn’t insured, then the claim gets filed against your homeowner’s insurance (yikes). If the company is insured, then the claim gets filed against the company’s insurance .Of course, we try our best to avoid any accidents but if anything ever happens, you know you’re covered!
